CAPICUA SPECIAL FOR FRYING
The low acidity and suitable composition of vitamins E and C of our special oil for frying, Capicua, ensures a resistance to high temperatures which is much better than sunflower oil.
Its performance in frying is similar to olive oil, but does not add flavor to foods. It creates a coating that keeps food from absorbing oil, thereby achieving a crisp and dry appearance.
Special oil for frying, Capicua, does not make smoke during the frying process and does not mix the flavors; what’s more, thanks to the incorporation of antifoam, it will also keep foams from forming during frying.
