CapiPlus is new oil that has been created to fill the niche market between sunflower oils and High Oleic oils.

Despite being a product whose cost is similar to sunflower oil, it gets an increase 68% in hours of frying than the normal sunflower oil.

The composition of CapiPlus is Sunflower + Antioxidant Vitamins (E and C), which confer a protection against the high temperatures and thus prevents rapid oxidation of sunflower oil.

It is mainly aimed at changing all the hospitality oils in a very fixed period.
