The 1^o olive oil "CAPICUA", is made up of a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and refined olive oil.

Its aroma and intensity place it slightly below the extra virgin olive oil.

The high percentage of extra virgin olive oil in its composition makes this oil one of the most suitable for use in crude in traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
