The 0,4o olive oil "CAPICUA", is made up of a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and refined olive oil in which a less intense flavour and colour is sought than that of extra virgin olive oil.


Due to its characteristics, it is especially recommended for dishes that do not want to emphasize the flavour of olive oil, as well as for stews and fried foods.


Its use in crude allows to enjoy all the contributions of an extra virgin olive oil, but with the softness that it achieves in its coupage with the refined olive oil.
