After a significant commitment to R + D + I, Coreysa has reduced the acidity of sunflower oil over 50% with similar performance to high oleic oil.

This performance is mainly based on its low acidity. Because of its low acidity, delay in darkening and its high content of Vitamins E&C, as well as defoamer, CAPIPLUS family offers more professional, drier, and crunchier fried food; no mixing of flavors, it withstands better high temperatures and avoids foams.
