For some time we have had a demand from the distribution of a product that, due to its characteristics, covers all the needs of the kitchen, both for its use in crude (macerating, cooking, stewing, etc.) and for fried foods.
Thanks to its composition, it is a very soft product that transmits to the food, both in crude and fried, all the characteristics of olive oil, but with a much more neutral flavour.
Its high oleic acid content makes it resistant to high temperatures.
